Welcome to Sun Life RV Park in Mesa, Arizona — your all-inclusive winter haven. This is my park model, and I take real care of it. It is fully furnished and move-in ready, with all utilities and high-speed internet included so there are no surprises. Rent it and the entire Cal-Am Resort lifestyle is yours.

Resort Living
At Sun Life, we're more than an RV resort; we are a vibrant community with loads of activities and resort-style amenities for you to choose from. Our resort is also pet friendly. Our community is home to craft rooms, hobby shops, a refreshing pool and spa, and sports areas for pickleball, batting cages, and golf practice. Your furry friends will also enjoy themselves in our Dog Agility Park. To top it off, we have our very own full-service Post Office.

Sun Life RV Park is located in Mesa, roughly 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. We are close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails, and medical facilities. Take a day trip to Sedona or Flagstaff, or a shorter drive to the Salt River where you can watch the wild horses at sunset.
